The Lurie Properties is a group of real estate acquisitions and developments in Pinellas County, Florida that began in the late 1950s. Early on, we developed, leased and managed office buildings, single family homes, rental apartments, residential subdivisions, a day care center, and a neighborhood shopping center.

One of these developements is Oakhurst Suburban Center. Oakhurst Suburban Center is a one story office building located at 7777 131st Street in Seminole, FL. The building is constructed of concrete block and has a mansard roof. It is 8200 SF and is divided into eight (8) office suites that vary in size (512 SF – 2048 SF).
